$10 Sealed Transcripts are provided in a sealed envelope with the registrar’s signature stamped across the seal. Paper copies should remain in the unopened, sealed envelope until it is presented to the employer, institution, organization, or other recipient of your choice.

$5 Unsealed Transcripts are not considered official and cannot be used for formal purposes such as college admissions or licensing. It is usually a copy obtained by the student, often through the institution’s website or a direct request to the registrar. It lacks the official seal and signature of the registrar. While not official, it can be useful for students to review their grades, check prerequisites for courses, or share their GPA with potential employers.
